Reins & Reading was founded by Pam Hackbarth, a lifelong horse lover and passoniate advocate for children.
With years of expierence in education, theraptue riding, and ranch life, Pam creatd this promgram to bring together two of the most powerful tools for helpign hildre success: horses and books.
